For the past six years, Dr. Garcia has been traveling to 20+ partner clinics in the Tampa Bay Area to provide advanced surgical care. His mission is simple: provide an accessible and affordable option for families who might otherwise be unable to pursue specialized care related to surgery

At Black Paws Surgery Ops, we focus on three key areas where pets often need advanced care but financial barriers stand in the way:
